POSITION: SENIOR RELATIONSHIP BANKER – LICENSED BANKER

As a Senior RB/LB you have a proven track record of building strong customer relationships through an advisory approach.  You consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience and build strong customer relationships.  You will manage a customer’s complete banking relationship, to include investment solutions through an analysis of customer’s financial goals now and into the future.  Effectively collaborate with business partners to improve customer’s financial well-being and retain and deepen relationships

  • Lead by example and confidently recommend all our digital solutions so our customers have the resources needed to bank at their convenience

  • Use data to better understand our customers, tailor appropriate solutions to build strong customer relationships

  • Grounded in integrity, adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines

  • Understands and adheres to all Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML), regulatory, security, retail banking and bank-wide policies and procedures

  • Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree and 5 years work experience in banking or financial services

  • 3+ years financial services experience plus FINRA Series 65 (or 66) License required

  • Demonstrate experience in assessing customer needs and recommending products/services to fulfill those needs

  • Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-centric approach to acquire and deepen client relationships

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups

  • Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems

  • Experience mentoring and peer-coaching others

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data integrity
