POSITION: SENIOR NAUTILUS DEVELOPER
The Senior Nautilus Developer role will strategically design/define and develop the document, workflow management solutions on our existing FiServ Nautilus (Hyland OnBase) solution. This individual will define and implement best practices.
Key Result Areas:
§ Responsible for Nautilus (Hyland OnBase) administration, maintenance, support and upgrades
§ Perform Unity Form Development
o Custom Actions
o Autofill Keyword
o Form Security
o Unity Script (C#) Development
§ Develop workflow design and configuration.
o Load Balancing Configuration
o Adhoc Tasks
§ Manage Document Type Configurations
§ Leverage Keyword Configuration to provide efficient search processes
o Autofill keyword set with remote data (Unity Script and API)
§ Manage Group and Permissions Management to meet least privilege security standards while providing operational user access
§ Create Nautilus (Hyland OnBase) Reporting Dashboards as needed by the lines of business
§ Refine enterprise metadata taxonomy and metadata model with additional metadata clusters as needed
§ Configuration, Administration and Maintenance of document routing workflows to facilitate automation via evaluation of document types and keyword values
§ Participate in business requirements sessions to identify the needs of the business line
§ Facilitate changes to the system utilizing OnBase configurator
§ Partner with application teams on understanding line of business systems as data sources for metadata
§ Collaborate with the IT and other disciplines to ensure that the Content Management System aligns with the various departmental needs
§ Supervise and lead technical projects
§ Perform additional duties as required
§ Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or other field preferred
§ 8+ years of IT experience
§ 5+ years of experience working with Nautilus (Hyland OnBase), specifically workflow design, import processes, queries, reports, forms, and keywords, etc
§ Extensive experience in development and integration with respect to Nautilus (OnBase)
§ Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with peers and leadership
§ Ability to write technical documentation
§ Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
