POSITION:  BUSINESS PRODUCT MANAGEMENT TEAM LEADER

Summary:

Under the supervision of the Head of Digital Banking & Solutions, this position manages and supervises the business product management team.  Working closely with product managers, cash management sales, and the client servicing team this person will develop and prioritize the business product roadmap and work to insure the business online banking platform and cash management products are functioning properly.

 Key Result Areas:  

  • Effectively manage, advise, and coach the existing Business Product Management staff

  • Maintain a business product roadmap by leveraging market analysis, competitive knowledge, and customer research

  • Focus on product enhancements and launch new products as needed to meet the product road map

  • Develop and own implementation and management of cash management products

  • Act as subject matter expert on assigned cash management products

  • Work closely with product line owners to define and develop product/business features

  • Evaluate new and existing product opportunities and brings forward proposals for products to optimize and expand the banks offering

  • Regularly review and evaluate competitive landscape comparing features, pricing, design and overall competitiveness

  • Maximize user experience and increase conversion through data driven analysis based on analytics and business intelligence tools

  • Create product material such as procedures, user guides, customer communications and marketing materials

  • Provide product expertise to the client service, implementation, and cash management sales teams as needed

  • Drive adoption of cash management products across the commercial and small business portfolio

  • Prepare product data tracking and present to management on a monthly basis

  • Crosstrain on all online banking team tasks and act as a backup to functions within the department

  • Build critical partnerships across the organization (Cash Management Sales, Cash Management Implementation, Client Service, Commercial lending, Operations, Retail, Marketing, Risk, IT, Compliance)

  • Perform other duties as required

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred

  • Seven plus years of industry experience

  • Previous management experience a plus

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize

  • Strong analysis skills and ability to interpret data against business objectives

  • Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency are a must

  • Driven self-starter
